Week 14 and Down 6lbs
After last weeks 1 lb loss I set a goal to lose 5 lbs this week. I lost 6! As a reward I’ll plan a trip to a BYU Baseball game here in NorCal!
The pictures are from Monterrey where I spent half the week. Each morning I did a run or walk along the most beautiful beach path.
One of the things I’ve been doing over the past few weeks is waking up at 4:30am every day. This helps me to get the most important things done before the day gets crazy. It’s about a 2 hour process.
